Carlton Place assisted living is attached to Inter-Faith Care Center. We offer personalized care to enhance each person’s ability to live independently. Cozy assisted living apartments are available in studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Our 18 apartments include a private bath, kitchenette, and walk-in handicapped showers.
