We work with the Minnesota Department of Health and Care Providers to ensure that we are following the most recent regulations and guidelines required for Covid-19 Response.
This would include following the county covid positive numbers to determine frequency of routine testing.
Should we have a covid positive case within the building, we immediately move into Outbreak testing, which is weekly through Mayo Clinic, where we need 14 days of no positive test results to return to routine testing.
We continue to follow infection control protocols, wearing masks, washing hands, taking temperature of all staff as they enter the building. Any staff who has a fever greater than 100 degrees is sent home and is required to test to ensure they are not sick with Covid.
We also continue to ask visitors to wear masks, use hand sanitizer and take their temperature before going to visit their resident.
